Equity Week is proud to honor individuals and organizations that have demonstrated outstanding commitment and leadership in advancing equity and inclusion. Our Equity Awards Program recognizes the following categories:

• Equity Innovator of the Year: Awarded to an individual or organization that has implemented innovative strategies to promote equity and diversity.
• Inclusive Leadership Champion: Recognizes a leader who has consistently championed inclusivity and equity, making a significant impact within their organization or community.
• Community Impact Leader: Celebrates an individual or group that has led grassroots efforts to drive positive change and create equitable opportunities for underserved communities.
• Allyship Advocate: Given to a person who has shown exceptional dedication to being an ally and supporting marginalized groups both within and outside their workplace.

Award recipients are celebrated during the Evening Reception & Awards Ceremony. Their stories and achievements serve as powerful reminders of what is possible when we are committed to equity. Each award not only highlights the winners’ achievements but also serves to inspire others to take action toward creating more inclusive and equitable spaces.
